My first time going to Sonic in Jonesboro, Ga I wasn’t familiar w/ menu, I guess I wasn’t ordering fast enough for her. I didn’t know the #7 came w/ sides/combo I didn’t understand what she was saying so she rudely spelled out S-I-D-E-S which I just wanted the sandwich I felt she could of explained it better. Rushing i asked for nuggets she said we don’t sell nuggets I just wanted some kind of chicken for my 7yo gs.

  6. Drive thru clerk did not give me back my change. It was only four pennies so I did not say anything, but at the end of the day his cash drawer should come out ahead.
    Plus you should inform your employees to total the dollar amount when the customer orders at the menu board. That way some can have the EXACT CHANGE when they pay thus speeding up the drive thru.

  7. The “Steak Bacon Grilled Cheese” is great. I don’t know who thought up that sandwich but it is the best sandwich of all the fast food places. Give that person a raise. It should earn a place on your permanent menu. In one word WOW!!!!

I seen the commercial about the new burger double stack cheeseburger,?so i decided to go and try it, I never had any problem with my order before, but this time I did, I placed my order, double stacked cheese burger, totes, cherry lemonade, I asked for hot totes, when I got my order the totes was hot at all but I ate them anyway on my way home, but when I go and eat the double stack the burger was cold and the bun was hard, so I went back and the double stack was remade when I got home I wasn’t happy I had no cheese on the burger, I refused to go back to sonic after all I total was 11.01, I could have went to another fast food restaurant but I chose sonic. It will be a long time before I go to you’ll again

  9. I sat at the drive up waiting for some one to take my order . After five minutes I just drove up to the pick up window where the girl was just standing their . I gave her my ice cream and milk shake order . The milk shake came over filled and the lid not on it tight so i had it all over me and my car . I always have bad experience when I go . I don’t know if its a manger problem or people who just don’t care . I only live a mile away and love sonic but always have a problem with this one place of cold food .

  10. I ordered a chili cheese/onion hot dog only. The young lady Raylynn brought out my order. I only had a $20 bill. She returned with $16.00 & said “your change should be $17.09 but I only had $16.00. Is that ok?” WTH?? Excuse me….at 11:36am there was no change?! Nice way to get a dollar for carrying out a hot dog. I feel like that’s a sorry way to ‘earn’ a bigger tip. Not all Sonic’s have drive thru’s….tips are earned not deserved. Irving, Tx

  12. I ordered online from Sonic this morning and I messed my order for tea up. I said to put blue coconut in it and I can’t stand blue coconut. My son had already left to pick up the order when I noticed my error. I called the store and the lady that answered had a cheerful voice and said “not a problem,”she will remake it and we both laughed. She is an asset to your company. Everytime I have ordered from this location since you have opened I have had great service. Thank you

    I had an issue with another store in Joplin with taking my order, on S. Rangeline.
    HAVEN was quick to apologize for this happening EVEN with it NOT happening at her place of work !

I was told before I ordered that there were free tea refill, just press the red button and they would come to my vehicle to refill. When I called for a refill, I was told I had to eat on the patio. I asked to see a manager. Manager, Skylar excuse to not give a refill was she was told that I left the premise and returned for a refill, a big fat lie. I ordered food for myself and my granddaughter. We ate in the car in stall# 15 in Waynesboro, GA, Drive-in #:3514. After much discussion, Skylar decided to give me another tea which I poured out. No way I was drinking that mess, pure mess. When I took the top off, it was slime between the top and the tea, PURE NASTY.

  19. I was first overcharged, had an extra kids meal I didn’t order. Then food was wrong and I was missing food. The employees were rude especially the carhop who argued with me and told me I was wrong. Her name on my receipt is Andrya. The food was disgusting and extreemly overcooked. My entire family would not eat the food. I’ve never seen tots or chicken strips that dark, they looked like they were burned, old and probably recooked. Also no marinara in the bag for cheese sticks and I requested it when I ordered, got bbq and ranch instead. They also had no ketchup or tomatoes. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and food service for 15 years. I was a store manager for 5 years and I have never had such horrible service anywhere and especially at a sonic. I want a refund. I spent almost $60 on garbage.

  20. I went to get a chocolate shake yesterday at 1400 N. Burlington in North Kansas city, Mo. 64116 and used the drive through, and set there for about 10 minutes and no one said anything, so I ended up driving up to the window, I finally got my order in, after about 20 minutes of screwing around. They brought my bill for a large chocolate shake and 3 Cinna snacks, which came to $10.62. This Sonic is getting worse every day. I will not be going back for any shakes for $6.39, which was nothing but ice cream

  21. I would just like to say something about your onion rings. They are good, but when I order a large, and you give me four onion ring come on now. If you charge an up charge of .70 on an order and the onion rings are all separated and small on top of only about four. And let us not mention your watered down drinks during happy hour.

  22. Drive-in 4056 ticket 4161146 24-Jul-2023 Gerarldo CARHOP Service started out with getting my order wrong, stating there were no more fries. Bringing me tater tots instead that were cold and Gerarldo said to me that it was not his fault. Not trying to rectify the situation at all. But it seems every time I go to this Sonic they get my order wrong this was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. This is the worst customer service, they act like they just do not care at all.

  23. I ordered the Chicken Dinner with the drink. 1st I had to ask for napkins, Ketchup, my dipping sauce. 2nd they forgot the onion ring, 3rd the strips was dry & hard 4th bread was not toasted. I asked for a refund for my Dinner but I kept the drink. These prices are to expensive for every time something is messed up with my order. I give Forrest City AR Sonic a 1 out of 10, just pitiful.

She also knows when I’m at the speaker I always tell her good morning other than that, they always give great service to me when I go. Rockport TX, Sonic is definitely the place to go.

  26. I ordered 2 limeade slushes with fruit, got limeade and ocean water. Got special sauce for my French toast sticks instead of syrup. Didn’t get my condiments. Went thru drive thru to correct drinks and ask for syrup and condiments. I got a plain cherry slush, instead of cherry limeade slush. I told myself forget it, I’m not coming back this is the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong. This is the nearest sonic to me. I live 45 miles away.

  27. My wife and I usually stop by after our workout and get a large drink and diet cherry limeade. Always has been $2.74. Yesterday to my shock, it was 6.62. The employee said Sonic had ended the morning drink stop offer. That was a very popular deal. The person I talked to said they had already lost business. Also had a number of people just drive off when they found out the cost. We will NOT be back. There is a Kum & Go and a Casey’s in the area. Drinks will be much cheaper there. I think this was a poor coperate decision.

    Employee Shantal seems to be hard of hearing. We ordered 5 small items, she took it upon herself to ring up mediums and larges. The fries was the only thing correct under a small.1 of the orders was a large Slush with nerds for a 6 year old. 2 of the items we ordered a Oreo blast with sneakers. One had sneakers w/Oreos on the side, but also had nerds in it. The other had the same and I seen a few recees pieces. We complained about the order being incorrect and then she acted as if she didn’t understand. So we left. I called and left a vm @972-274-4627

  32. Great food at the West Orem Sonic Gerardo was a kind person and honestly the food had grill marks which is very rare for a sonic drive in my own words this sonic made a bigger effort than all the other sonics I’ve been to loved the food and the milkshake.

  33. Sonic # 6070. Here I go often. I love Sonic hamburgers. Strange that Sonic only offers cheeseburgers so every time I have to say no cheese. Half the time they bring it to me with cheese. So foolish. Why can’t we just say hamburger??? So that’s wasted money on Sonic’s part because they need to bring me a burger with no cheese. And they insist on taking back the burger with the cheese only to throw it away! Such a waste? Or does an employee have the right to eat the cheeseburger? Hmmm. Maybe that’s why they make so many mistakes 🤔 And another thing about my visit there on the 6th of September 2023, I asked for a medium cup of water easy ice. That’s how I always say it. So the person taking the order is confused. He says do you want a half cup or water? I said no, a medium cup of water easy ice. I could tell he was still confused. My order gets to me and of course there’s the cheeseburger mistake but the cup of water is packed to the brim with ice and no water at all 🤦‍♀️

  34. Truly, I love going to Sonic. I was a bit disappointed though when I purchased two diet cherry limeades’ (very quickly I must add) and returned to work to discover they were diet limeades instead. Just not as good in my opinion.

  36. I went through the Sonic store #6048, located at 9919 China Spring Hwy. Waco Tx. 76708. I pulled into four Kiosk/stalls before I finally found one that actually worked. As I drove out, it appears that there are several more that are not working. If they’re not going to fix them then at least block them off.

  38. On 9/25/2023, I went to 3738 S Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 store#3832 PH: 972-266-9914, at Stall 1.

    First, I ordered a double cheese burger and received a single paid $10.09 for the combo. Second, when you call the number on the receipt, the phone just rings and goes to voice mail and the number is not setup to leave messages…..i.e….I see why? Thirdly, the 1-866-OK-SONIC says your hold time is 5 minutes but been on hold for 15 minutes.

    I just do not understand why you cannot receive the order that was placed. It was not even busy, is it that hard to give the customer what is ordered?

My Mother keeps bringing me differant meals from SONIC, I guess she’s trying to keep me interested in SONIC, Which isn’t hard to do, because Good food keeps me interested, and SONIC does have good food.     Exceptional customer service by mgr, asst mgr or shift leader (middle aged black lady with long wig, fingernails, and tight, hip hugging jeans, part of hip showing) AND daristas (young black lady with nose ring) The wait was extremely long due to a shortage of staff according to the shift leader. May I suggest when there’s a shortage of staff to close the Drive-In lanes and possibly the Dine-In area and only allow the Drive-thru service which is more popular. Also, while the customer service was exceptional, the personal image of the two black ladies was not good for food preparation and hygienic.

    Drive thru was backed up. Pulled in curbside. Had to wait to order. Ordered small peach slush. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. Burning gas. The time before this one I went thru Drive thru. There was a car at the window, a car behind it then me. Waited I don’t know how long for them to get their order. Not the first time that has happened. Why did they not ask them to pull forward and wait for the order? There were cars behind me. Most of the time they don’t give me my receipt, they just don’t ask if I want it. Will start using the Sonic in Joshua TX even though they don’t have Drive thru. Thank you

  44. Visited Sonic in Gadsden, AL, #1090, 354 E. Meighan Blvd, on 28 November 2023 at or about 18:33:36. I ordered a simple #07 Footlong Coney Combo. Though the Carhop was very pleasant, the food was remarkably horrible. The Tater Tots were stale, the Coney Footlong was cold, very little chili, cheese wasn’t melted, and the bun was chewey; to the point of being disgusting.

  46. I would love to take the survey, BUT my options are limited because my receipt from the location in Ottumwa, IA has no Store # id. The drop-down box, which the survey directs me to use, doesn’t work and doesn’t offer options. SO here I was already to give a really good rating and (chuckles) no place to give it. After reading some of these comments, Sonic needs all the good reviews it can get.
