I am being left with no choice but to defend myself if you refuse to do what you promised. I do not want to bring legal action for this but if you leave me NO choice then I will do what I must do.   8. CVS obviously does not care about feedback! Just look at the comments and see how many people could not put their survey numbers in the space allotted. It is simply ridiculous that, in today’s world, a muti-billion dollar business does not have the resources to employ someone that could make this process accessible to the general public. It should be noted that the balance of my comment would have been used to focus on at least three exemplary employees that work in this pharmacy located in Port Royal, SC. One would have to believe that the true managerial philosophy of CVS is not to have employees that offer exemplary customer service, but rather to ignore the needs of its customers. She is always pleasant, smiling and courteous even with ill tempered customers. I have watched her for months as I wait in line, both in the drive-thru and in the store. She handles her customers well while completing their request. I have never had anything but kindness from her myself. She is always willing to assist and take care of any problem. She is one of the reasons I have stayed with CVS instead of going the Walmart where the prices are usually less.
